FAQCan I try out how vilkri.com works?Yes. If you want to experiment with the vilkri system before paying for a membership, you can sign up and do your budget and expenses on vilkri.com absolutely free. In that part of the system you will enter your incomes and expenses for a given month. You will get an analysis of your expenses, and you can even set up a budget or let vilkri do that for you! The other parts of the system work in similar ways – you enter some data, and vilkri analyzes it and works with you to improve your financial situation (should that be necessary) by issuing easy to read reports. In fact, the other areas of vilkri are even easier to use than recording your monthly expenses. Is my data safe?Yes. First, vilkri.com uses the most recent security software to protect your data on its server. But also, don't forget that your identity is not compromised because you can interact with vilkri.com without giving your real name, any account numbers, or any other identifying information. Do I have to download any software?No. You can use the software on the vilkri.com server by logging into your account through the internet. You will automatically enjoy any upgrades which are made continuously. This also means you can use vilkri any time and anywhere, as long as you have access to the internet. How can I get help with the system?Click on "Help" in the right menu bar on the page for which you need help. You can also visit our forum to interact with other vilkri users and our staff. How can I change my password or e-mail?Click on "my account" at the top right of this page and choose "Change Password" or "Change E-Mail Address". How do I cancel my account?You can unsubscribe from the fee-based portion of the site by clicking on "unsubscribe" under "My Account"/"Manage My Subscriptions". Follow the instructions and you will no longer have the use of, or be charged for, the fee-based portion of the site. You will still be able to use the free portions of the site. If you would like to remove your account entirely, go to "My Account" and click on "remove my account". But please remember that you will not be able to interact with vilkri.com at all once you remove your account. What is vilkri's refund policy?vilkri.com offers a refund up to 30 days after the day you first become a subscriber. After that initial period, there are no refunds available for any monthly subscriber. Can I subscribe to some parts of vilkri.com but not the whole system?Yes, you can subscribe to the budget and expense sections, and get access to them free of charge. vilkri provides you with an analysis of your budget as soon as you are done setting up your budget, and you can record expenses on vilkri too. With one month's expenses recorded, vilkri will give you an analysis of your expenses and how well they fit (or not) with your own budget. vilkri will also make suggestions about where you may be able to cut some of your expenses, should that be necessary or desirable. What benefits do I have using the free service only?First, the idea is that we'd like you to be able to get a "feel" for the vilkri system as you try it free of charge. Second, we also expect that the free services (the budget and expense report modules) will benefit you financially.
